Our Hall Green Child Contact Centre has been providing enhanced family contact services since 2006 for children, young people and families

Our Hall Green child contact centre offers social work led family contact services. Our Hall Green family contact centre ensures a safe and supportive environment, where children are able to build and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with their non-resident family members and other people of significance. Our Hall Green child contact team accept referrals from local authorities, the courts, CAFCASS, legal services and private individuals under both private and public law arrangements.

HALL GREEN SUPERVISED CONTACT SERVICES

Our Hall Green child contact teams are experienced in the safe undertaking of supervised contact sessions for children. Led by our social work team, we deliver safe contact experiences for children in Hall Green; suited to the wishes of young people, court directions and the requirements of referrers. Quality assured Contact Session Reports (CSR’s) are made available following each session

HALL GREEN SUPPORTED CONTACT

Our supported Hall Green family contact services seek to provide families with an appropriate level of support and guidance, based on their individual needs. This service is primarily used as a step-down from supervised contact observations, where there are no significant risks to the child. Our social work led teams remain available to the family throughout the session

At the centre of our Hall Green family contact service is the children we work with. We place the child at the centre of our service; ensuring their needs, wishes and feelings are listened to and acted upon. Like Adam, children can often become confused and anxious about seeing their non-resident family members; however with our reassurance, guidance and support, we successfully engage many children in the service, ensuring the best opportunity to develop and maintain positive relationships with their non-resident relatives within a safe and supported environment.
