At DMR Services, our children and families community outreach services and interventions are designed to utilise the right resources, support and expertise to help build stronger families and relationships; installing early interventions to prevent breakdowns and crisis. Since 2002, our community outreach teams have continued to help strengthen our communities, nurture resilience and protect children.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH INTERVENTIONS FOR CHILDREN & FAMILIES
INTENSIVE FAMILY SUPPORT & EDGE OF CARE
Our experience in delivering ground breaking and innovative intensive family support and edge of care interventions has enabled many children to continue living within their family home. Together, we work with families to help them overcome their difficulties and achieve sustainable behavioural change; avoiding crisis and preventing further escalation
FAMILY GROUP CONFERENCING
Our family group conferencing service aims to provide families with the opportunity to plan and make decisions for a child, where concerns have been raised. Our experienced coordinators help families come together and discuss difficulties, with the overall aim of reaching satisfactory and safe outcomes that directly address the concerns of the referrer
FAMILY MEDIATION
Accredited by the Family Mediation Council and the College of Mediators, our mediators work to resolve disputes and concerns
