OSLER LODGE ISN'T JUST ANY BIRMINGHAM CHILDREN'S HOME
At Osler Lodge, we're passionate about supporting young people to work through their past experiences. Together we listen, we develop life skills and we build resilience
Osler Lodge follows our successful multi-disciplinary approach to care that has enabled many young people to leave our care as more resilient, empowered and confident individuals. Osler Lodge is at the forefront of this unique approach, ensuring that every young person placed at the home is given the opportunities, the support and the evidence led resources they need to work through their difficulties, develop positive relationships and move forward. As one of the largest providers of children’s social care in the Midlands, we’re in a unique position to respond to the changing needs of our young people, whether that be through access to our therapeutic services, family contact through one of our centres or even foster care placements as a step-down, our organisation is able to provide young people with the support they need with in-house consistency.
Since 2001, we have cared for, supported and guided some of our communities most vulnerable young people. We are continually recognised for our ability to meet the dynamic and changing needs of the young people placed in our care. Like Robert, many young people have benefited from our unique multi-disciplinary approach to residential care, where we are able to implement the right interventions and resources at the point of need with in-house continuity.
