Our unique approach to residential placements for young people seeks to deliver an all-encompassing holistic model of care where children can benefit from the interventions they require at the point of need. As one of the largest providers of children’s services in the Midlands, we are uniquely positioned to offer a range of interventions and services that seek to afford young people the support and evidence led resources they need to work through their difficulties, develop life skills and leave our care as more empowered and confident individuals – equipped with the skills and knowledge to achieve their long term aspirations. We respond to the changing needs of the young people in our care, whether that be through access to our therapeutic provisions, family contact through one of our centres, or even foster care placements and community based support as a step-down. Together, our organisation is able to provide young people with the support they need, at the time they need it, with in-house consistency.
ROBERT'S STORY
Since 2001, we have cared for, supported and guided some of our communities most vulnerable young people. We are continually recognised for our ability to meet the dynamic and changing needs of the young people placed in our care. Like Robert, many young people have benefited from our unique multi-disciplinary approach to residential care, where we are able to implement the right interventions and resources at the point of need with in-house continuity.
