Information submitted through our online referral system is secured using SSL encryption technology, however should you prefer to complete a paper referral form, please contact our referrals team on 0121 352 1844 for further advice. Referrals for children’s residential and fostering placements should be directed to referrals@dmrservices in the first instance or by calling 0121 352 1844 during normal working hours. For out of hours emergency placements, please call the duty placements manager on 07584 705 664.
